Refund Policy

We will happily refund you for up to 14 days if you are in any way unhappy with your purchase! Please email us at info@silidays.com.au.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item, and will process a refund for the item to your credit card or original method of payment.
